If you forget your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter the email address you registered with on rajapanen. We send you a password-reset link to that email. Click the link (it expires after one hour) and you can create a new password. Choose a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team through Help. We can verify your identity and assist with account recovery if you cannot access your registered email.

You can adjust your account preferences in your Account menu on rajapanen. You can change your email address, phone number, language, timezone, and notification settings. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or email for added security — we recommend this. If you wish to pause your activity on rajapanen temporarily, contact our support team through Help and explain your needs. We can assist with temporary account restrictions or help you plan a closure. You can also adjust push-notification settings on your phone directly in your device's app settings.

Our support team responds in English. You can reach us through the Help menu in your account, available 24 hours a day. When you submit a question, describe your issue clearly and include your username and the date/time of the incident if relevant. We aim to respond within a standard timeframe. Payments and transactions

When you choose to deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, you enter the amount you want to deposit on rajapanen and select your payment app. We redirect you to that app so you can authorize the payment. Once you confirm, the funds transfer to your rajapanen account and appear immediately — no fees are charged by us, though your payment app may have its own terms. For bank transfers, we provide you a unique Virtual Account number from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. You transfer funds to that account from your own bank, and the deposit arrives within one or two hours. mobile banking, local payment, and online payment work similarly to e-wallet and mobile banking — you authorize in the app and funds appear on rajapanen right away.

We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on rajapanen. Your payment app (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) or your bank (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may charge their own fees — check your app or bank terms. When you withdraw to a bank account, the receiving bank may deduct a small fee, but rajapanen itself does not. When you submit a withdrawal request on rajapanen, we review it to check for fraud — this verification is free. Once approved, we send your funds to your registered payment method. Processing time depends on the method: app-based withdrawals often arrive the same day; bank transfers may take one to two business days.

If you made a payment from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or another app but do not see the funds in your rajapanen account, wait at least subject to verification and refresh your account page — the funds may be processing. Check the transaction in your payment app to confirm it was successful. If the payment app shows the money left your account but rajapanen has not received it, contact our support team through Help with your transaction ID from the payment app. For bank transfers, check that you used the correct Virtual Account number and that your bank confirms the transfer sent. If there is a discrepancy, our support team will trace the transaction with your bank and resolve it.

When you request a withdrawal on rajapanen, we review your request to verify your identity and check your account history for fraud indicators. This review typically happens within a few hours. Once approved, we send your funds to the payment method you selected. If you chose local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or another app, funds often arrive within the same day. If you chose a bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, funds typically arrive within one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take longer. You can track your withdrawal status in your Transaction History on rajapanen.

Games and markets

rajapanen offers several game categories. Football includes domestic leagues (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia) and international tournaments (Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League). Live-dealer tables include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and other games played in multi-camera studios with real dealers. Slots include games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. Esports markets cover Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. We also offer other sports like MotoGP and badminton. All games are available on your phone (Android app or iOS browser) and on desktop.

rajapanen may offer promotions for new accounts from time to time — details vary. Any offer is displayed when you log into your account for the first time. We do not publish fixed bonus amounts or percentages publicly. Terms for any promotion apply — for example, there may be turnover requirements or time limits. Read any offer's full terms before you claim it. If you have questions about a promotion shown in your account, contact our support team through Help. Remember that any offer is optional — you are never required to claim it to use rajapanen.

To place a selection, navigate to the sport or game you want on rajapanen. For football, choose a match and select a market (match result, over/under, handicap). For live-dealer tables, enter a table and place a bet by clicking your choice (red/black on roulette, hit/stand on blackjack). Enter your stake and confirm. Your selection appears in your Bet Slip. Review the odds and stake, then click "Confirm selection" to submit it. The selection settles when the event ends. You can view all your active and past selections in your Bet History. On your phone, the process is the same — the interface adjusts to your screen size.

Security and account care

Keep your rajapanen account secure by using a strong, unique password — do not reuse passwords from other sites. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account settings: choose SMS or email verification and confirm it each time you log in from a new device. Never share your password or login code with anyone, including our support team — we will never ask for these. Log out after each session, especially on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support through Help. Use a VPN if you are accessing rajapanen from a public Wi-Fi network. On your phone, keep your app updated and use a device PIN or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access.

rajapanen is available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming and sports wagering. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Before you use rajapanen, verify that access complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not offer our services in prohibited regions, and we may suspend your account if we discover you are accessing from a restricted location. If you are uncertain whether rajapanen operates in your location, contact our support team through Help. Users are responsible for determining whether their own access is legal — it is not our responsibility to determine your jurisdiction's laws for you.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is an identity check. Before you can deposit on rajapanen, we ask you to upload a photo of your government ID and proof of address. We review these documents to confirm you are who you claim to be. KYC protects your account from fraud and complies with anti-money-laundering regulations. After you upload your documents, we review them — approval usually happens within a few hours to one business day. Once approved, you can deposit and withdraw freely. If your documents are unclear or do not match your account details, we will ask you to resubmit them.
